The Saudis and Nine Other Pro-Western Arab countries, armed by the United States, Britain and France, hit Yemen with 130 air strikes over the previous 24 hours, and a senior UN official said some attacks violated international law.

The U.N. Humanitarian Coordinator for Yemen, Johannes van der Klaauw said, "The indiscriminate bombing of populated areas, with or without prior warning, is in contravention of international humanitarian law," Western Imperialists fear the Houthis will act as a proxy for Israel's main regional rival, Shi'ite Iran.

Viewing this as an attempt to undermine Saudi security that would put Western Oil interests at risk. However on the other hand, their advancing into Sunni regions luckily adds to the long standing use of sectarian civil wars strengthening western rule over the area and draws support for the US and UK supported al Qaeda group in Yemen's oil rich nation.

Iran and the Houthis deny funding or that the arming and weapons are coming from Tehran, as an analysts rightly questioned, how could the rebel groups support be supplied through the Naval and Air Blockade in the Area. More likely this is the operation of an all-out proxy war for the Islamic Republic in the mold of Lebanon's Hezbollah that Israel wants to exterminate.
