The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine believe that the visit of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon in Moscow on May 9, "will destroy the credibility of the United Nations."

This was stated by Ambassador at Large MFA of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba on one of the Ukrainian TV channels, reports UNIAN.

"This visit has a direct impact on the perception of the United Nations, on the credibility not only in Ukraine but also in the world" - said the diplomat in Kiev.

Kuleba said that the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry keeps track of which of the world leaders arrive in Moscow on May 9.

"We control. We have a little list. Attempts to use the victory to political PR aggressor state are unacceptable and in principle, the list of those who go there, it will be very indicative, and it will take into account in our daily diplomatic activities, "- said the diplomat.

In turn, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin also believes the wrong message of the UN Secretary General's visit to Moscow on May 9.

"As for me, this is absolutely the wrong message sending, if the UN Secretary-General is going to go on May 9 in a country that has defied all the rules of the United Nations, violated a large number of key principles that are the cornerstone of the United Nations" - Klimkin said.
